Support and representation for Strata Companies & Council of Owners
With 10 Year Maintenance plans now a legal requirement, our expertise can support you in creating a depreciating asset register and comprehensive maintenance plan, while providing technical building support.
We can also attend Council of Owner meetings, providing technical expertise to professionally explain required maintenance and or upgrades.
Assisting in Construction Dispute Resolution
- Conduct site inspection and meetings with the client
- Destructive Investigation, as and if required
- Review Contract documents, Certificates and Specifications
- Review Building Permits and Compliance Certification
